South Sudan came from a goal down to beat South Africa three goals to one in an entertaining final that concluded the competition of 11 teams at the 2018 Africa Centre Soccer Tournament.
Board Chair, John Gaye, handed medals and the trophy to the 2018 champions South Sudan, dressed in all red, and runners-up medals to South Africa, dressed in yellow over green. The best player, goalkeeper got trophies, so too was Zimbabwe, the winner of the Over 35’s know as the Masters. South Sudan has now won the title four times in a row.
