Blues, Tango, Kizomba, Salsa, dance workshops, movie night, musical concert, exhibition tables, fashion, and many live music performances were packed into a new three days festival, Franco Fusion that brought together francophone and Latin cultures in Edmonton.

Penelope Keast from FrancoMusik Alberta is the Coordinator of Franco Fusion festival. She shares her vision with Diversity Magazine on day two of the event on September 28, 2019, at La Cite Francophone, “…we wanted to be the bridge between Hispanophones speaking French and Francophones through mixing music and dance. That led to the birth of this three days festival…”
