Will President Trump let his own teenage son at night in a neighbouring city patrolling the streets with a long gun?
President Trump said the 17 years old, Kyle Rittenhouse, pictured left, who shot three protesters was “trying to get away from them, I guess, it looks like”. He added, the protesters “violently attacked him”.
Rittenhouse has been charged with five felonies and a misdemeanor after shooting three people, two of them dead.
President Trump made the remarks after protest erupted following police firing seven shots at Jacob Blake, a Black father in front of his kids as he was going into his car, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down.
In this tensed polarized political climate, everything has a political spin; from wearing a face mask to protect others against the deadly COVID-19, to clear criminal use of military styled long gun to kill innocent people by a teenager at a time of the day when he should be home or preparing to return to school, not parading another city with a long gun to find himself in such trouble.
Would you let your teenage son on the streets in a neighbouring city patrolling with a long gun?
