Our first stop is the Scotia Women Initiative, SWI Expo, which took place on October 12, at the Midtown Event Centre.

Meet Chef Chloe and her supportive mama, Paola…

“….Where ever I go, I take a piece of France with me…,” Chloe lifted her head to share her strong French connection with Diversity Magazine, while gently pushing a mouth-watering croissant into a bag.

In 2008, Chloe Legrand left France for England with her family, due to her dad’s job. From England to Winnipeg in 2020, and to Edmonton in 2022.

Chloe Studied cookery in England, and also learned the art of fine dining, where she discovered her love for baking.

The passionate Chef, currently a part of the Canadian Imperial Advantage HerConomy entrepreneurship training program, wants to network, and share her products with everyone. She also dreams of opening a bakery, start baking classes, and is open to provide catering services to anyone who wants to try a taste of France through the creative hands of Chloe.
