On August 19, the Burkina Faso community in Edmonton celebrated their independence day at Borden Park in Edmonton with delicious food, cultural drinks, and good music.
Burkina Faso Independence Day is celebrated on August 5th every year and is a public holiday in Burkina Faso. This day commemorates the country’s full independence from France on August 5th, 1960.
