On Saturday, April 27, Sinkunia Community Development organized a Welcome Spring event at 6615 131A Ave. The purpose of the event was to foster connections within the community, bringing together residents from various parts of the city and encouraging neighborly interaction.
The day began with a communal effort to clean up the area, symbolizing our collective commitment to maintaining a clean and vibrant community. Sinkunia Community Development took the opportunity to introduce themselves to the residents, highlighting their role as an organization dedicated to community betterment.
To add to the festive atmosphere, activities were organized for children, including engaging face painting sessions and other fun-filled activities. A delicious barbecue spread, brimming with a variety of foods, was generously served to all attendees, further enhancing the sense of camaraderie.
A highlight of the event was the generous donation of books by the Rotary Club, distributed to all the children present.

Un délicieux barbecue, rempli d’une variété de plats, a généreusement été servi à tous les participants, renforçant ainsi le sentiment de camaraderie.
