The Kenya Calgary Association (KCA) hosted its vibrant Jamhuri Day Celebration on December 13, 2025, at the Astoria Banquet Hall in Calgary, bringing together the Kenyan community and friends for an evening of culture, music, food, and dance. The evening was filled with vibrant cultural expression—traditional music, spirited dancing, and authentic Kenyan cuisine created an atmosphere that blended nostalgia with pride. Families, elders, and youth gathered to reflect on Kenya’s journey to freedom while celebrating the strength and unity of the diaspora in Alberta.
L’Association des Kényans de Calgary (KCA) a organisé sa vibrante Célébration de la Jamhuri Day le 13 décembre 2025, au Astoria Banquet Hall de Calgary, réunissant la communauté kenyane et ses amis pour une soirée de culture, de musique, de gastronomie et de danse.
La soirée a été empreinte d’une riche expression culturelle — musique traditionnelle, danses animées et cuisine authentique kenyane ont créé une atmosphère mêlant nostalgie et fierté.
