A Walk Through Time: The Mini Tour of Sylvan Lake During Diversity Awards 2025
On May 9, 2025, attendees of the Diversity Awards enjoyed a special mini tour of Sylvan Lake, guided by a member of the Sylvan Lake & District Archives. The journey began at the NexSource Centre, where guests were introduced to the town’s vibrant history.
From there, the group walked to the Municipal Government Building, continued along Main Street to the scenic Pier, then east along Lakeshore Drive. The route took a charming turn southeast toward the White Frog Café, offering a glimpse of local flavor and community spirit.
In a special addition for this group, the tour concluded back at the NexSource Centre, bringing the experience full circle. The walk offered a perfect blend of history, culture, and connection—celebrating the heart of Sylvan Lake during this memorable event.

L’itinéraire a pris un tournant charmant vers le sud-est, en direction du White Frog Café, offrant un aperçu de la saveur locale et de l’esprit communautaire.
