Women, men, youths, children, and non-Muslims joined in the celebration.
On April 14, the Sierra Leone Association of Alberta (SLAA) based in Edmonton, organized Iftar (Breaking of Fast) that took place at the Sierra Leone multipurpose hall in Edmonton, with lots of food and soft drinks.
Iftar is the meal eaten by Muslims to break their fast after sunset every day during Ramadan.
