CBEP Hosts Workshop on Crisis Management for Individuals with Autism
The Centre d’appui aux familles et à l’enfance (CBEP) warmly invites you to an essential workshop titled: “Strategies for Better Crisis Management for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder,” taking place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Campus Saint-Jean, University of Alberta in Edmonton.
This workshop will be led by Mr. Serge Kouamé, a special education teacher and founder of the organization Autisme en français. Drawing on his expertise, participants will have the opportunity to explore practical strategies to effectively support individuals living with autism, especially during crisis situations.
The goal of this event is to equip families and caregivers with tailored intervention tools while creating a space for meaningful exchange and collective learning.
Through this initiative, CBEP reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of Alberta’s Francophone families, by providing accessible, French-language resources and support.
The workshop will be followed by a friendly reception, offering participants a chance to network and continue the conversation in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
