The police officer’s nine minutes action that killed the unarmed BLACK man, George Floyd, has become the catalyst for protest against BLACK injustice across the world with major US, Canadian, UK and European cities involved, drawing a very diverse group of people on to the streets, saying never again to police brutality, to excessive use of force by the police, and outright violence by police on BLACK people.
This incident has exposed three kinds of people; those who calls it as they see it, those who are not confident to take a stand, and decide to stay quiet, and those who sees it but chooses to make excuses.
The question of the day is: Which of the three persons best describe you?
Today, it’s bright. It’s sunny and windy in downtown in the great city of Calgary.
