In November of 2005 Carmelo opened Caffè Sorrentino in Edmonton, Alberta. The Caffè’s were designed to create more of a Sorrentino’s Express. They offer some of Sorrentino’s Signature dishes. Pasta, specials, House-Made / Italy-Made / Locally-Made pastries, fresh made in-house panini, salads and of course premium coffee by Lavazza – Italy’s Favourite Coffee.
