Black Canadian Women (BCW) in Action, and its business arm, Black Canadian Business (BCB) in Action took the opportunity that networking creates to organize this BCW in Action Black Women’s Networking Mixer for Business and Professional Women on April 29, 2022, at the Westin Hotel in downtown Edmonton.
Some amazing group of women presenters took to the stage and delivered great presentations. Andrea Bailey Brown, a business leader who invested in a franchise and now own multiple franchises. Natasha Daniel and Catherine Keill are brave ladies growing their businesses from scratch. Megan Vernon is an entrepreneur who dares to do things differently and have mastered the art of multitasking, or “Jackie of all Trade,” as she puts it, making a clear distinction from the commonly used “Jack of All Trade”.
