For Diversity Travels this week, let’s get wet with a new experience on the river.
We’ve taken you to many parks around the Edmonton River, as well as, cruise on the Edmonton River Boat.
Today, let’s get wet.
Using a floating device and a paddle, we float down the river for over two hours, from the Accidental Beach, to Rundle Park.
Powered by the river currents, with occasional galloping from the waves when an engine powered boat passes by, the sail was smooth and relaxing.
We could fall asleep or read a book while the river take us down stream, as long as, we didn’t mind the direction that we were facing or we could use the paddle to fix the direction and position we want the floating device to be on the river.
Enjoy the river before it gets cold if you do want an experience.
Don’t forget your life jacket!
