On October 11, the Canada Intergration and Settlement Organization(CIASO), in collaboration with Afro Canadian Entrepreneur Organization (ACANEA) and Parellèl Alberta, organized a workshop. The workshop was focused on encouraging and teaching participants all over Canada about navigating the Canadian job market, gaining experience, and securing job.  They also focused on the right ways to go about an entrepreneurial journey, helping seniors gain access to the digital world and be involved in tech. A lot of information was given regarding the French speaking Canadians residing in Alberta on the job market as well.  With all these opportunities, training and resources given out, those who participated in the workshop were encouraged to keep the momentum. The opportunity to network was made available after the representatives from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC )talked about employment opportunities available for people to make use of.  Food and drinks were served.
Le 11 octobre, l’Organisation canadienne d’intégration et d’établissement (CIASO), en collaboration avec l’Organisation des entrepreneurs afro-canadiens (ACANEA) et Parallèl Alberta, a organisé un atelier.
Cet atelier avait pour objectif d’encourager et de former des participants de tout le Canada à mieux comprendre le marché du travail canadien, acquérir de l’expérience et décrocher un emploi.
Ils ont également mis l’accent sur les bonnes démarches à suivre pour entreprendre, aider les aînés à accéder au monde numérique et s’impliquer dans la technologie. De nombreuses informations ont également été fournies concernant les Canadiens francophones résidant en Alberta et leur situation sur le marché du travail.
Grâce à toutes ces opportunités, formations et ressources mises à disposition, les participants ont été encouragés à maintenir cet élan. Une occasion de réseautage a été offerte après que les représentants de la Banque Canadienne Impériale de Commerce (CIBC) ont présenté les opportunités d’emploi accessibles au public.
