Today, Alberta Premier, Jason Kenney refreshes his cabinet with some new faces and departures, as he puts it, “…a time for renewal…..”.

The courageous MLA Leila Aheer, the darling of the multicultural communities supporting events from one end of the province to another, who dared to ask Premier Kenney to apologize for breaking COVID-19 rules paid the price with her position as minister of culture, multiculturalism and the status of women.

Muhammad Yaseen, MLA for Calgary-North, who got a lot of praises from the Premier today for his multiple degrees, decades of experience in engineering at a top level, “…a man of incredible intelligence…,” the premier said, was only able to get the second class position of associate minister of immigration and multiculturalism, under the ministry of labour and immigration.

An excitedly looking Rajan Sawhney, MLA for Calgary-North East, becomes the minister of transportation.
