Diversity Daily News September 5, 2019: On August 31, 2019, at Edmonton City Hall, Migrante Alberta organized an exhibition launch of “Kwento’t Litrato” – stories of Filipino migration in Alberta.

“…Sharing the journey of hardship, racism and abuse. As migrants we all want a better lives for ourselves and children…”. A Migrante Alberta organized Filipino migrant journeys in photos and texts captured the lives of Filipino migrants in Alberta from care givers to Filipino seniors.

The exhibition will be collected and upgraded into a book to be launched soon. Everyone has a story and sharing Filipino migrant stories should inspire you to share yours. What stories do you want to share??
