Shining the light of our heroes and heroines….
When you light a lamp you want to place it on a table for everyone to benefit from its brightness.Every year, Diversity Magazine celebrates the accomplishment of Afro-Canadian Heroes in Alberta, such that we can all benefit from their brightness when we place them on our table.
Whatever you do, whoever you know, appreciated in the past or not, take a moment, let’s shine your light or the light of someone you know deserves it.
AC Awards calls for nomination for those whose brightness deserves to be put on a table to motivate and inspire others, as well as, celebrate them for what they’ve accomplished.Community leaders, entrepreneurs, unsung heroes, junior achievement, lifetime achievement, artist, and forward moving community awards are all open to nominate Albertans.
