The Sasse Old Boys Association, (SOBA), Calgary Chapter, was launched on October 8, at the Habebe’s Banquet Hall in Calgary.
The 12 inaugural members of SOBA Calgary joined a dozen other chapters across the country, creating an opportunity for old friends to connect again, celebrate their time in such an elitist Cameroon academic institution, and support the institution as part of a family.
The food was delicious, with some Cameroonian delicacies like Suya (roasted beef on sticks), Dodo (fried plantain), jollof rice, meat pie, fish roll, fried goat, and many others.
