By the end of the year, Edmontonians are expected to be able to ride the LRT to Mill Woods from Downtown Edmonton.
This is one part of the Valley Line LRT, a 27 km low-floor, urban line that will operate between Mill Woods in southeast Edmonton and Lewis Farms in west Edmonton. The project is being built in 2 stages.
The Valley Line Southeast, currently under construction, from 102 Street in downtown, to Mill Woods Town Centre
.Stage 2 is the Valley Line West, from Downtown Edmonton to Lewis Farms in Edmonton, to be completed in 6 years.
