World Flavours Profiles

M.F.K Fisher said: “first we eat, then we do everything else”. Food is an essential part of who we are and is a reflection of our culture. The flavours of Alberta Project looks at food trough a diverse lens and features everything food. We want to hear and give a voice to those who love food and those who excel at what they do in the food industry. We feature food in all its diversity, richness, and ethnic touches. We want to connect the ones passionate about making food to the ones eager to try, discover, or revisit. We share, we educate, we enjoy food. From homemade breakfasts to grandma’s recipes and memories made, food tells a story; Let us tell yours.

So far, World Flavours has profiled NEW ASIAN VILLAGE in both French and English. SHAW CONFERENCE CENTRE has been profiled as well, so too as PAMPA the Brazilian restaurant and 3 Amigos Mexican Restaurant.
