The Men’s Health Panel Discussion by African Cancer Support, moderated by Dr. Charles Odame-Ankrah, provided a space for learning, reflection, and support. The panelists shared valuable insights for men’s well-being. Dr. Dapo Akinsipe highlighted the top three check-ups every man should prioritize: cardiovascular health, cancer screening, and mental health—starting with a family doctor. Dr. Wauldron AffLick spoke about the power of the mind, emphasizing that it is normal to experience stress and a wide range of emotions. Dr. Olufemi Omatora encouraged men to truly understand their bodies, recognizing both their strengths and limits.
