“We’re focused on people, not power…,”
The Alberta NDP Official Opposition Leader, Rachel Notley, today May 19, 2022, in Calgary, presented the Alberta NDP, united, experienced, and diverse team to Alberta as an option to what she described as a dysfunctional UCP after the stepping down of Premier Jason Kenney.
“…why do the other guys think they’re entitled to your support, we want to earn it by thinking bigger, acting bolder, and working harder….and all those Albertans who feel a little betrayed by UCP lies and broken promises, we say, look a little closer at our team…,” the confident Alberta NDP leader concludes her address, surrounded by her growing new MLA candidates across Alberta, before taking questions from the media.
For sure we’ll be taking a closer look at team NDP Alberta to see if our communities are reflected in its team members, and if its proposed policies will help our communities move out of the bottom of the Albertan social ladder.
The next Albertan election is in 2023.
